The best Vitamin C! I've been taking Now vitamin C for many years, even before the COVID era. I can confidently say that it’s been years since I experienced a severe cold during winter. Even in extreme weather, I just have minor sneezing and coughing for 2-3 days, and that's it. I highly recommend it for a robust immune system, especially with the 1,000mg potency in one tablet. I take one in the morning with a glass of water from mid-November to mid-April, and everything is perfect! One minor consideration is the tablet size; it is quite large, so if you're not fond of big pills, this may not be the product for you. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Now's vitamin C.
